Moving away from just written tests and technical interview sessions, the recruitment process now encompasses a more robust approach. It focuses on the holistic assessment of teachers' personality and dynamism as individuals. Mock teaching sessions are used to assess the teaching skills as well as attributes such as classroom management, interaction with children, confidence, energy and motivation levels. Teachers are also put through a process of group exercises to review their communication and presentation skills, team work and leadership skills.
